01 / Trader and scope

Who sells — and to whom.

ARTIFACT FORMA is operated by Altitudesight, Lda, Portuguese legal entity number 517038838, at Rua da Agricultura 25, 7005-340 Évora, Portugal.

ARTIFACT FORMA receives bespoke 3D-printing requests and issues commercial quotations for production and delivery in Portugal. These terms apply to consumers and business customers; mandatory consumer rights always prevail where applicable.

02 / Order and contract

A request is not yet a purchase.

Uploading a file requests technical analysis and a quotation. After review, the customer area displays the main characteristics, quantity, material, colour, finish, total price, VAT, shipping, estimated lead time, validity and specific conditions.

The contract is formed when the customer confirms the delivery address, accepts these Terms of Sale, approves a valid quotation and completes payment.

03 / Price and payment

The total before the click.

Prices are in euros and the quotation separates production, shipping and VAT. No unannounced supplements will be charged. Payment may be made by card or MB WAY through Stripe, or by PayPal, when available. Production begins after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

04 / Production and delivery

A lead time for each part.

The estimated lead time starts after payment, technical confirmation and receipt of all required information. Customer changes, file defects, material shortages, force majeure or carrier incidents may require a revised date. Shipping is initially limited to Portugal and tracking is shown when available.

05 / Cancellations

Bespoke does not mean unprotected.

Parts made to the customer's file, dimensions, wording, material, colour, finish or other specifications are made to order and clearly personalised. The statutory withdrawal right for a simple change of mind may therefore not apply. This exception does not restrict rights concerning damaged, defective or non-conforming goods.

If production has not started, cancellation may be requested and we will confirm whether it is possible and whether costs have already been incurred. If a future product is not personalised, the applicable 14-day withdrawal information and return costs will be provided before purchase.

06 / Conformity

The part must match.

Consumer purchases are covered by the applicable statutory conformity regime, currently including a three-year liability period for new goods in Portugal. Depending on the legal conditions and circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination.

Normal, previously explained characteristics of 3D printing, such as layer lines or agreed tolerances, are assessed against the approved file, material, finish and intended use.

07 / Files and use

We only make what may lawfully exist.

The customer confirms that they hold the rights or permission required to submit and manufacture the supplied files, marks and content. ARTIFACT FORMA may refuse unlawful, dangerous or third-party-infringing items.

Unless expressly validated in writing, parts are not certified for medical, food-contact, electrical, structural, personal-protection or other regulated or safety-critical uses. Files are handled under the Privacy Policy.
